Space Saving Type Cartridge Cylinder Series CAT

The outer diameter section of the cylinder is fully threaded and about the size of a thumb. This is an ultra-compact single-acting cylinder with spring return when retracted.

· Ultra-compact size: The overall length of the cylinder is significantly reduced, and the inner diameter is also ultra-compact at ⌀6 to ⌀15. Can be mounted in a small space, contributing to the compactness of the equipment.
· Easy mounting: The tube has threads on its outer diameter, making mounting to jigs, panels, and other fixtures simple.
· Two types of mounting methods: Both recessed and panel mounting types are available. The recessed type uses a sealing washer for sealing, so O-rings and reaming are not required.
· Only one air piping: Since it uses a single-acting extrusion method, it operates with just one air pipe.
· Selectable tip shapes: Both male thread and non-threaded tip shapes are available for the piston rod. Selection can be made according to the application.
