· Complies with JIS B2032 as a designated standard butterfly valve and is therefore compatible with existing JIS standard butterfly valves.
· The dimension size of the top flange utilizes ISO 5211 to demonstrate the compatibility of the actuator.
· The gear operation method conforms to public building construction standard specifications.
· We also manufacture products that conform to the Japan Water Works Association basic standard certified goods.
· (Certification registration number E-303: SCS13 A Disc/EPDM Seat *50–300A) The NBR, EPDM seat of this product has passed the test as specified by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, Notification No. 85.
· Products that have had their performance evaluated by Fire Protection Equipment and Safety Center of Japan are also available.
· High-performance is achieved.
· Reduced torque and improved durability have been achieved by utilizing the spherical seat for uniform contact around the inner circumference.
· The disc shape is a low-resistance thin streamlined shape based on FEM analysis.
· The small-sized valves (50–300A) utilize a thermally applied rubber seat structure. The valve body and the rubber seat are integrated. Therefore, these can be used in standard high flow rate products and 20-Torr vacuum lines.
· The valves with a nominal diameter is 350 A or more have a locking type rubber seat structure. The peripheral protrusion on the rubber seat fits into the groove on the inner circumference of the body to prevent any displacement of the seat to achieve a stable seal.
· In addition, a performance similar to 300A can be assured by optional specifications (with rubber seat adhered to the valve body).
· All the sizes utilize a stem bearing for improved operability and durability.
· The rubber seat utilizes a wide-sealing structure with a high-sealing performance.
· Pursuing weight reduction.
· A lightweight design that emphasizes workability when plumbing.
· An extensive lineup.
· For use with various fluid types due to an extensive product lineup that has been achieved by combining three types of disc materials (FCD450-10 + ENP/SCS13 A, /SCS14 A) and two types of seat material (NBR/EPDM).
· Note: The EPDM sheet cannot be used for oils.
· Anti-dewing models options are also available.
· Utilizes a stem fly-out prevention structure where the design has given detailed attention to safety.
· The shafts are sealed by rubber seats in two stages: spherical seal and shaft seal.
