Standard EN388: 2016
An Enhanced Testing Standard The tested sandpaper of 2016 is more resistant than the tested sandpaper of 2003 because of stronger surface. So, the abrasion resistance of "MISUMI product" is lower but same quality.
Remarks EN388 is the standard to classify protective gloves according to their resistance against mechanical risks. In 2016, the standard was revised with some significant changes
