Product Description

· Manufactured in a state-of-the-art facility that also produces recommended wire for major wire-cut EDM machines.
· Made with 100% raw materials, enabling more stable discharge compared to recycled wire.
· Both velocity and accuracy are at the same level as genuine products.
· Strict quality control (all aspects such as tensile strength, elongation rate, and material analysis are inspected) ensures safe and reliable use.
· The 6 kg wound products (GMWT0.2-6-N, GMWT0.2-6-N-R, GMWT0.25-6-N, GMWT0.25-6-N-R, GMWT0.3-6-N, GMWT0.3-6-N-R) are wound with 6 kg of wire on the same bobbin as the 5 kg wound products. As a result, it can be handled in the same way as the 5 kg spool product, but since the wound mass is 1.2 times greater, it can be used longer than the 5 kg spool product and the replacement frequency is reduced.

[ ! ]"Paraffin" refers to the lubricant coated on the surface of wire lines. For details on selecting the type with or without paraffin, check the Instruction Manual or other documentation provided for the wired electric discharge machine. On machines that recommend wire with paraffin, use MBWS (P.846) / MBWB (P.847).
