The DLC coating has excellent wear resistance and deposition resistant properties that make it ideal for machining aluminum.
The unique tip pocket shape allows for the cutting of grooves to be achieved with 2 flutes in parallel at the cutting depth.
It adopts a 3-flute shape to be strong against chatter and is capable of high-speed, high-efficiency machining of grooves.
