■ Locking method description
| Mechanical locking / electromagnetic release | After the operating key is inserted, the contacts of the safety control circuit close (normally closed contacts), and the operating key is automatically locked by the mechanical locking mechanism and cannot be removed. After the internal electromagnet is powered, the mechanical locking mechanism is released, allowing the operation key to be removed normally. Once the operation key is removed, the contacts of the safety control circuit open. |
| Electromagnetic Locking / Mechanical Release | After the operation key is inserted, it can still be removed normally at this time. Only when the internal electromagnet is powered will the operation key be locked and cannot be removed, and the contacts of the safety control circuit will close (normally closed contacts). When the internal electromagnet is powered off, the electromagnetic locking mechanism is released, and the operating key can be removed. |
| Even when the internal electromagnet is powered on, the lock can be released by turning the mechanical lock knob from the LOCK position to the UNLOCK position using a release tool. At this point, the operating key can also be removed normally. After the operating key is removed, the contacts of the safety control circuit are disconnected. |

· Do not wire the switch while it is powered on. Otherwise, electric shock may occur.
· When wiring, do not allow small wires or other fine particles to enter the switch body.
· When connecting terminals using an insulating tube or M3.0 crimp terminals, make sure they are not pressed against the housing or cover.
· Applicable wire size: AWG20 to AWG18 (0.5 to 0.75 mm). Use wires of appropriate length for wiring. Otherwise, the cover may bulge or may not be properly secured.
· Do not insert crimp terminals into the gaps of the housing, as this may cause damage or deformation of the housing.
· To prevent the terminal from contacting the inside of the switch housing, use terminals with a thickness of less than 0.5 mm.
