    Capacitive sensors can detect not only various types of metal workpieces, but their electrostatic principle also makes them more suitable for detecting various non-metallic objects, through-barrier detection, and detecting targets inside different containers. They can reliably detect non-metallic objects such as plastic, wood, liquids, and paper, and can also detect different substances inside containers through non-metallic walls. Electromagnetic interference, water mist, dust, and oil stains have almost no effect on their normal operation, giving the product outstanding anti-interference capability. In addition, the potentiometer allows for sensitivity adjustment, and the product comes in a variety of sizes to meet customers' diverse needs, making its applications even more extensive. It has the characteristics of both a limit switch and a micro switch, while also offering sensing capabilities.     To prevent signal interference, the distance from the sensor surface to the detected object should be ≥ 3Sn (Sn: sensor sensing distance), and the distance between two adjacent proximity sensors should be ≥ D (D: sensor diameter). No protection around the sensor; the sensing surface must maintain a distance of Y from the mounting surface.
    The distance between the sensing surface and the detected object should be ≥ 3Sn, and the distance between two adjacent proximity sensors should be ≥ 2D (D is the sensor diameter).
