■ High Precision
Positioning Repeatability is ±5μm and each product is guaranteed to be inspected with a laser interferometer before shipment.
Closed-loop control between the driver and the actuator.The accuracy change is smaller than Traditional Screw Type Actuators, even after long-term use.

Compared with the traditional screw type actuator with a lead of 10, the speed is increased by 4 times.
At high speed, the noise is up to 10% lower than that of Traditional Screw Type Actuators*1

■ The number of sliders can be added on the same axis
MISUMI Linear Motor Actuators has a single slider and the number of sliders can be changed according to customers' requirements.

After specifying the number of sliders, the number of photo micro sensors on the actuator base changes from 3 to 4, and the additional sliders will be equipped with an anti-collision photo micro sensor.
ex) As shown in the figure below, the sensor changes when the number of sliders (2 pcs) is selected.

Traditional Screw Type Actuators are similar products that our company randomly purchases from online or offline markets.
*1 This value is obtained by testing in our laboratory under the conditions of speed 1m/s and acceleration 0.5G. The result is 72db for MISUMI Linear Motor Actuators and 80db for Traditional Screw Type Actuators.
*2 This value is the result obtained under ideal conditions, and the service life is affected by factors such as the use environment, use conditions, and maintenance.
