Product Overview
The locating pin is used for the spatial positioning in the directions of X and Y axes, mainly using the workpiece hole as the positioning benchmark or used in conjunction with bushings, in which the straight sphere type is easy to install, and the spherical part ensures smooth positioning and protects the workpiece.

Since there is a center hole, the spheric part is almost invisible when the D dimension is small.

Usage outline of straight sphere locating pins Locating Pins  Feature 1: Standard type with spherical head. Rod diameter tolerance that can be specified for the press-fit type: m7, p7, g7, h7.
Feature 2: Multiple mounting methods, including the press-fit type and tapped type.
Feature 3: Optional material: iron (alloy tool steel or bearing steel); austenitic stainless steel, martensitic stainless steel, suitable for positioning of various workpieces.
Feature 4: Hard chrome plated surface, effectively ensuring surface hardness and antirust.
Feature 5: The lead-in part of the sphere can make the workpiece lead in by sliding sideways, without damage.
Feature 6: The straight sphere locating pin is more suitable for simple lateral positioning in a small installation space.
