Product Overview

Product Features
Feature 1: There is a wide range of options for inner and outer diameters and thickness, and for the T dimension configurable type, the thickness can be specified in 0.5mm increments.
Feature 2: High-precision products made by cutting and machining can realize high-precision spatial adjustment.
Feature 3: Compared with standard washers, metal washers will not be dented after the connected part is screwed in due to the locking, and cause the bolts to loosen.
Feature 4: Compared with standard stamped washers, metal washers increase the friction with the mounting part, which can prevent loosening.

Precautions
①When D=16 or less, chamfer C is 0.2 or less.
When D=20 or more, chamfer C is 0.5 or less.
②Metal washer is a turned product, not a stamped part.
③When the relative humidity of the operating environment is high and certain anti-rust ability is required, please choose products with electroless nickel plating surface treatment or stainless steel SUS3 series materials.
④When the operating environment requires certain abrasion resistance and hardness for metal washers, please give priority to metal washer quenched products.
