Product Overview
Ball Plungers Load Adjustable

• Ball plungers, also known as ball point set screws, ball screws, positioning balls, touch balls, steel ball tightening spring screws, etc., can be used for temporary positioning and index adjustment of workpieces, relying on the spring to push out the front ball through a fixed stroke.
• For this series, the load can be adjusted freely by tightening the nut to compress the inner spring.

Frequently asked question (FAQ)

Question: What role does a ball plunger play?
Answer: It specifies the stroke of the front ball and can be used for temporary positioning and indexing of workpieces.
Question: What role does a ball plunger play?
Answer: With pin-shaped front section, it can be used to eject workpieces or stoppers.
Question: What is the meaning of load min and max?
Answer: The min. load represents the initial load, and the max. load represents the load at the maximum press-in limit of ball head.
Question: What is the anti-loosening treatment of a ball plunger?
Answer: It refers to fixation using anaerobic adhesives filled in microcapsules. A ball plunger will fail once it becomes loosened, so it is necessary to use anaerobic adhesives for threads. An ideal anti-loosening effect will be achieved when placed at a temperature above 25℃ for 72 hours.
