Does the E-MGT series come with a motor?

No it doesn’t. Customers need to use the motor brand they trust, depending on the actual conditions. Be sure to ensure concentricity when mounting the motor, as a skewed motor shaft and screw will affect use.

Do actuators require regular maintenance?

Maintenance is required. Grease dry-out will cause the product to rust, and dry friction between the guide slider and the steel balls at high speeds will cause wear and tear, significantly reducing product life.

Is the sensor shipped after installation?

The sensor components are shipped together with the main unit and need to be installed by the customer upon arrival.

Economy series Aluminum Alloy Embedded Actuators E-MGT12 Series product only includes the main unit, not the motor, the driver and the signal wires, which must be purchased separately. The product comes with 3 NPN sensors, for which only mounting direction needs to be selected.

Product Overview of Single Axis Robots

Economy series Single Axis Robots are transmission devices integrating ball screws and embedded guides, which are indispensable for the production process.
Aluminum alloy base is directly embedded in the steel rail and then ground to improve travel height and straightness accuracy up to ±0.02 mm or less.

Single Axis Robots

The maximum speed of each stroke is the speed at the motor speed (3000r/min). Due to the long stroke, there may be a strange sound and vibration when the ball screwresonates and works at the maximum speed. The moving speed should be reduced appropriately.
