Product Overview of Linear Bushings
The housing unit type is a linear motion guiding mechanism matched with linear shaft, which has built-in Linear Bushings in the aluminum alloy case.
Product Features of Linear Bushings
Feature 1: The Linear Bushings with dowel holes has dowel holes on the mounting surface, eliminating the need to use the side of the housing as reference surface for positioning.
Feature 2: Overall length of the double type is about 1.9 times and allowable moment about 6 times that of the single type. Overall length of the medium long type is about 2.2 times and allowable moment about 10 times that of the singletype. Overall length of the long type is about 2.7 times and allowable moment about 21 times that of the single type.
Feature 3: Good interchangeability. Built-in Linear Bushings have good interchangeability because they can be used with shafts randomly.
Feature 4: Appropriate specifications can be selected according to the conditions of use. Single type, double type and long type are available.
Feature 5: The Linear Bushings with dowel hole can reduce the machining man-hours of the upper mounting plate.

![]() | When the linear bushing is under heavy load (unbalanced load), one piece of single type is not applicable. It is recommended to use one piece of double type or multiple pieces of single type. |
![]() | Linear bushing is not suitable for rotating motion in structure. If you rotate forcibly, it may cause damage to the product. Please pay attention during use. |
![]() | Linear bushing is not suitable for repeated plugging and unplugging. |
![]() | When inserting the guide shaft into the linear bushing, please align the center and insert it slowly, otherwise the steel ball will fall off or the retainer will be deformed. |
Precautions
■ When the linear bushing is subjected to large moment load (eccentric load), one piece of single type is not applicable, so it is recommended to use one piece of double type or multiple pieces of single type.
■ Dust prevention measures:
If dust or foreign matter enters the inside of the linear bushing, it may damage the circulation of steel balls, resulting in unexpected failures. When used in harsh environment, please install dust cover and protection cover, etc.
■ MISUMI linear bushing is recommended to be combined with guide shaft with quenching g6 tolerance.
■ MISUMI linear bushing is recommended to be installed on the holder with H7 tolerance. The linear bushing is in clearance fit with the housing.
■ Dust prevention measures:
