As a general rule, we recommend the use of products with flow rate larger than the actual flow rate, so that the operation of the entire circuit will not be affected by insufficient air. MISUMI Economy series air source handling products have a filtration accuracy of 40μm and are suitable for various industries, such as 3C, lithium battery, automotive and electronics, while medical and semiconductor industries require high gas quality and need filters with very small pore size, such as 5μm or even smaller. Our products only have a filtration accuracy of 40μm as standard, and products with other filtration accuracies have not been developed yet.
