Types of photo microsensors

The three main types, through-beam, diffuse-reflective and retro-reflective, are selected according to the mode of distance output used for detection.

Be sure to make the detection surface of the photo microsensor and the detection object are horizonta. When detecting the surface of a shiny object, tilt the sensor 5 to 10 degrees before installation.

Difference between optical fiber sensors and photo microsensors

1. Fiber optic sensors need to be used with fiber optic amplifiers and feature small detection spot 2. Optical sensors have long detection distance and allow remote detection.
