- Question: Is a motor included for economy series products in Europe?
- Answer: No. Customers need to use their trusted motor brand according to the actual situation. When installing the motor, please use the MISUMI centering fixture. The deflection of the motor shaft and the screw will affect the use.
- Question: Does the economy series module need regular maintenance?
- Answer: Maintenance is required. Dry grease will cause the product to rust, and dry friction between the guide block and the steel ball under high-speed operation will cause wear, significantly reducing the service life of the product.
- Question: Is the sensor installed before shipping?
- Answer: The sensor unit is shipped in the same bundle with the main body in 2 boxes, and needs to be installed by the customer upon arrival.
