Temperature Controllers Product Feature

1. The motherboard is equipped with the function of free switching between the SSR voltage drive output and relay contact output. Users do not need to buy 2 products with different outputs at the same time, which greatly reduces the purchase cost and improves the convenience of use.
2. The general 100~240 VAC power supply is provided.
3. We have independently developed an intelligent adjustment algorithm suitable for the functions of the FA industry with the internal operation accuracy of 0.1°C. Thus, the Temperature Controllers can be controlled precisely without overshooting.
4. Input specifications: K, E, J, N and Pt100 are provided for your free selection.
5. Measurement accuracy: 0.3 Grade
6. Output specifications: G: Solid state relay (SSR) Voltage output: 5 VDC/30 mA (for driving the SSR solid state relay).
   L: Relay contact switch output (Always ON type): 250 VAC/2A or 30 VDC/2A.
7. Alarm function: Upper limit alarm, lower limit alarm, positive and negative deviation alarm, sensor disconnection alarm, and heater disconnection alarm

Temperature Controllers Precautions

· When it is necessary to connect an extension cable for the 3-wire RTD sensor, please make sure that the material, diameter and length of the extension cable are consistent with those of the sensor cable, otherwise it will cause Temperature Controllers deviation.
· Please use M3 terminal to connect AC power supply.
· To avoid interference, please separate the signal line from the power line and high-voltage line during wiring.
