Bushings For Locating Pins - Shouldered, Press Fit Easy Mounting

The inner diameter tolerance of the bushing is highly precise. If a vernier caliper is used for measurement, the result may be smaller than the actual value. It is recommended to use high-precision measuring instruments (such as an inside micrometer or plug gauge) for inspection.

Compared to the m7 type, the p7 type has greater inner diameter shrinkage, so please pay attention during hole machining.

Feature 1: The shoulder press-fit type fixture bushing can support the main body through its shoulder, making it suitable for applications where hole depth is difficult to adjust. It is installed by press-fitting, with an outer diameter press-fit tolerance of m7.
Feature 2: The economy bushings offer a higher cost-performance ratio, and in-stock models can be shipped the same day.

Feature 3: Equipped with a reference line, which can be used to align the horizontal position during press-fit installation to ensure smooth installation of the bushing.

Feature 4: Material: Bearing steel (SUJ2).
Feature 5: The inner diameter tolerance is F7, which increases the clearance with the locating pin, making assembly and fitting quicker.
