90 degree Brackets with protrusion	・The protrusion 90 degree Brackets is a bracket made of ADC12 material using a mold. It is generally not anodized and is less expensive than the same size extrusion type bracket. ・The protrusion acts as a rotation stopper during fastening work, making it easy to work with. ・There are various types of brackets with additional functions.

Technical Information of 90 degree Brackets

■ Perpendicularity of 90 degree Brackets

The squareness of the extruded bracket is manufactured within a tolerance of ±1° based on the JIS standard H4100 special grade.
If squareness is important, please see the square-angle processed type . (For the 8 series: squareness of 0.03 and 0.06 are available.)

■ 90 degree Brackets allowable load concept

As shown in the left figure, two frames are set up, a frame is placed between them, and two 90 degree Brackets are attached underneath, and the allowable load per unit is shown. The allowable load
here indicates the load at which the 90 degree Brackets can maintain its position (without breaking or slipping) when all mounting holes on the bracket are fixed with bolts and a load is applied.
