Features of 90 degree Brackets: This type has a protrusion that fits into the frame groove.
The protrusion acts as a rotation stopper during fastening work, making it easy to work with.

Intersecting frames

■ 90 degree Brackets allowable load concept

As shown in the left figure, two frames are set up, a frame is placed between them, and two 90 degree Brackets are attached underneath, and the allowable load per unit is shown. The allowable load
here indicates the load at which the 90 degree Brackets can maintain its position (without breaking or slipping) when all mounting holes on the bracket are fixed with bolts and a load is applied.

How to Install Bolt with Washer (-SEC) of 90 degree Brackets

■ How to install the 90 degree Brackets for aluminum frames that comes with a set of bolts with spring washers (-SEC)
Compared to other series of sets with bolts with spring washers, this product requires more care when tightening because the bolt heads interfere with each other.
We will introduce how to install it.

STEP 1 Installation sequence

Of the two holes, installation will be done through the hole mentioned above.

STEP 3 Adjust the position of the spring washer on the bolt

Then, press down on the spring washer part of the bolt with your hand.If you leave it in this state when you try to tighten the remaining bolts
, the heads of the previously tightened bolts

STEP 4 Tighten the hex bolt.
Finally, tighten the hex bolt by twisting it.

As shown above, care must be taken when attaching washers to the 8 series protruding inverted 90 degree Brackets.
In cases where it is difficult to pre-tighten one side, we recommend using the following products.

Case 1: When changing the bolts without changing the bracket
HBLFSSW8-SET (changing the bolt and nut set applicable for additional work)

Case 2: When changing the bracket without changing the bolt with spring washer
HBLFSH8-SEC (changing to a one-sided oblong hole bracket)
The hole on one side of the bracket is an oblong hole, so even if a hexagonal bolt with an integrated washer is used, the bolt head will not interfere with installation.
