• Pulley Body: Available in extra super duralumin aluminum alloy, S45C equivalent steel, and corrosion-resistant SUS304 stainless steel—each selected for optimal strength-to-weight ratio and wear resistance.
• Flanges: Made from lightweight aluminum alloy or SPCC for structural support and belt retention.
Surface Treatments
• Advanced surface finishes enhance both aesthetics and performance:
• Clear anodize and black anodize for corrosion resistance and wear protection.
• Hard clear anodize (300HV~) for increased hardness in demanding environments.
• Electroless nickel plating and black iron oxide coating to resist rust and enhance longevity.
