    Product Overview

    Using highly pressurized nitrogen as working medium and pressure source, gas springs provide a more stable pressure and are now widely applied in dies.
    MISUMI gas springs are configured with three kinds of safety devices: OSAS, USAS and OPAS, which can ensure the safety of customers during use.

    Product Features
    1. Space saving
    Compact products with high load, long stroke and small size are available.
    Only a little space is required to achieve high load performance.

    2. Large initial load
    An initial load up to 95,400 N is available at the start of the stroke.
    Unlike coil springs, there is no need to apply precompression, which helps simplify the operational process.

    3. Various strokes
    With a maximum stroke of 125 mm, the product is suitable for deep drawing.

    4. Piping supported
    Gas springs that support piping and piping parts are available, which are suitable for users with a need for load adjustment and air pressure confirmation.
