Movable Pilot Punches Headed Type, TiCN Coating, HW Coating, DLC Coating, NW Coating

This is a pilot punch designed to incorporate a spring behind the pilot punch. Even if the pilot hole is machined incorrectly due to an incorrect punch, the pilot punch escapes to the top, so there is no risk of mold damage. The tip is coated with various types of TiCN and DLC coatings. HW/NW coating improves the durability of the coating by using WPC® treatment.
