・This is a jetter punch that keeps the cutting edge length (B dimension) constant for any given overall length (L dimension). Because there is no side hole in the shank, the punch is less likely to break than regular jet punches for punching thick plates.
[What is RW coating]
It is a coating with higher hardness and higher heat resistance than TiCN. Furthermore, WPC treatment is applied to the base to strengthen the adhesion of the coating film.
Compared to TiCN/HW, it can be expected to have a significantly longer punch life and contribute to reducing mold maintenance costs.
