It is a coating that is harder and more heat resistant than TiCN. Furthermore, WPC treatment is applied to the base to strengthen the adhesion of the coating film.
Compared to TiCN/HW, it can be expected to have a significantly longer punch life and contribute to reducing mold maintenance costs.
