This is a plain guide post set for die sets with detachable posts. You can select the bushing from lubricated, non-lubricated (MoS2), copper alloy lubricated, or copper alloy lubricated (MoS2). It has higher rigidity than the ball guide post set, but the permissible speed is lower. Bearing oil ISO VG68 and lithium soap-based grease No. 2 are recommended as lubrication type lubricants.
