Durability Test

MISUMI's economical slide rails are formed using high-quality press molds, ensuring excellent precision in finished product assembly. Even after 50,000 reciprocating movements, smooth sliding is possible without deformation in appearance for normal use.

Test conditions: Samples are precisely mounted on durability testing equipment, with a 24.5KG load applied to the drawer, performing continuous push-pull reciprocating motion at 12 cycles per minute.

Changes in the sample are observed and the product condition is recorded when reaching the specified number of cycles.
