■Wide range of sizes



With these types, the A, B and T dimensions are standardized. Approximately 6000 sizes that are frequently used have been adopted as the standard sizes. The prices are lower than the configurable size types.


The A dimension can be selected in 1mm increments up to 500mm.
The B and T dimensions can be changed in 1mm increments by alteration.


Dimensions can be selected in the same manner as the configurable size types. Surfaces are finished by a 6-surface milling machine, and the prices are lower than the configurable size types.
Alterations can be used for configurable size types and economy types.


●B dimension change…The B dimension can be selected in 1mm increments, to a minimum dimension of 30mm.
●T dimension change…Plate thickness T dimension can be selected in 1mm increments, to a minimum dimension of 5mm.
●T dimension tolerance change…An additional 0.3mm allowance for machining can be added to the standard tolerance in order to make it easier to correct warpage caused by heat treatment.
●Chamfering change…Peripheral chamfering (C0.5~C1.0) is changed to C0.1 or less.
